RAHC owns and manages two affordable housing developments in Arlington, Vermont.
The eight-unit Arlington-Battenkill Apartments are located on the south side of Route 313, one-half mile west of Historic Route 7A. Arlington-Battenkill was completely rehabilitated in 1994, and is scheduled to undergo additional renovations in 2010. There are currently no vacancies in Arlington-Battenkill.
The Arlington Village Center development is a collection of properties located at the intersection of Historic Route 7A and East Arlington Road and includes 13 buildings. Most of these historic buildings have been converted to 17 affordable rental apartments for families. Toward the rear of the property, two newly constructed six-unit buildings are designated for seniors.
There is currently one vacancy in Arlington Village Center — a one-bedroom, ground floor apartment which is designated for seniors.
